Time to eat, right?

For some of us it's always time to eat. We can nibble at anything that is edible. Yea, whether we just finished the last meal some 30mins ago or not. We just can't help it when that piece of cake is served round, that cup of ice cream, or maybe we just cannot resist that bottle of drink in the fridge. So long as it's available, we can create space for it in us. but how good is that for us?

Well, my answer? Very good. Yea, if you happen to have Halle Berry's body and know how to keep it that way. But if you don't, then sorry to disappoint you but the answer is still, very good! But there's a difference, you may eat to your fill, not all the time but at least every other hour or two and do yourself no harm, weight-wise. The only harm would be: your choice between ice cream and yogurt, cake and tofu, carbonated drink and home made drinks, canned fruit juice and fresh fruit juice, and it goes on and on... you see what I mean?

The frequency does not matter as much as the content.
